Mod Maker
This is a little tool for creating the base of a mod.
It adds info file, folder & shortcuts on desktop.
To do modding, just copy the original files (from Boosterpack1, if it doesn't exist there, copy from Base) and place them in the mod folder with the same folder structure. (only the files you really want to modify)
This tool also adds a standard techtree to the mod.
To check if your mod was launched, go into Options and check the bottom right corner.

Note: This is NOT an installer, but it was made with NSIS, so it might look like one. It just "installs" your new mod.
