Try to stay hidden as long as possible. That means that you must not expand your village too much to the north and south/east otherwise the SEAS Scouts will spot you. If you run out of stone, there is more to the southeast, but you will have to deal with the SEAS Scouts quickly, kill them before they spot your workers and reach their base.
