What exactly is the difference between easy, intermediate(?), and hard? I've noticed that, in the Holy City level, some sumo wrestlers and minigunners only appear when on hard mode, so is it just the units?

I have never played hard xD So idk how it is

I know that certain triggers do different actions depending on the difficulty (spawning more enemy units etc.) and the AI level is increased.
