Hello, everyone

and the development of new pack?

I do not see the time this version out.
I want to be one of the first to play.
Please create a flying unit would be very nice. :mrgreen:

It's not sure when and if this CEP can be finished.
Scrat has a Techtree file, which allows playing around with the trader hero. I think he can send it to you. Take a look at the code. Maybe you have some ideas as well. It'S more like a puzzling game and some minor coding skills. This damn zeppelin needs to be changed. Then you would have a flying unit :wink:

exactly, this is our only real problem -.- everything else is kinda easy but that ****ing zeppelin

I wanted to play with one of these:

Pteranodon; Pterodactylus; Quetzalcoatlus.

I would like to have a flying unit with one of these dinosaurs. :cry:

let's figure out how to do this.

We already know how to play with the units S.E.A.S.

This is very good.

It is possible. Look at the Jetpack Warriors.

How is this Flying dinosaur in mission 4.3 called? Pteranodon?

The jetpack warrior is not an air unit. :roll: It is just jumping, not flying. For programing thats a difference. ;)

The pteranodons that fly through some maps are nothing but decoration objects that fly their programed route and then vanish to respawn at the point they were set so in the SDK.

There are some real pteranodons, though. But they cannot be controlled as their only positions are lying at the ground like a fried chicken or flying their route as decoration.

I know they were coded as decoration. Which does not mean they could be used as units.

A flying unit is a flying unit. The Jetpack warriors are not on ground level as all other units are. So there is a routine in the game code. Change it and the Jetpack warriors would keep flying.

They would, if you want it so, just keep jumping. Actually they just walk (ignoring unwalkable terrain) and by going away from close combat units they cannot be attacked by them.

The zeppelin... well, I don't know...

If you change the function for the jump to a floating height it would work.

Can be. I think thats what was done for the zeppelin.
