Everything is fine but how come when it prompt me to enter the serial number and the ok button wont work?

It is bad,
if your key(I mean serial number) is pirate or your original key can be find in internet by google that is very bad,
if your key is original and don't to find in internet, this is strange,
whatever is your key, you need to find new key on internet
