yes it is possible but it's not easy.. you need to change gfx to wild trex

download the file _TechTree.ttree to desktop. Then go to your paraworld directory and delete your old _TechTree.ttree file located at Sunflowers\Paraworld\Data\BoosterPack1\Scripts\Server\settings\techtree before moving the file _TechTree.ttree that you just downloaded to desktop into that folder.
I only changed the animation, stuff like HP values, icons etc. stayed like allosaurus. Still, I'm not sure whether you can play online with other people if you are using this modified techtree file.

I remade the file based on the original request. Dunno if it's entirely the same as before.

edit: this is the updated version, atroxosaurus animation will now replace allosaurus animation and not trex titan animation

BTW I checked file and now atroxosaurus replaces titan trex not allozaur
