 Post subject: Steam User Can't Run PW.

The user has maybe never run PW. It could be that the path the settings reside in does not exist yet. In that case, he should try starting PW normally first.

This path %APPDATA%\SpieleEntwicklungsKombinat\Paraworld\ needs to exist. (and the settings file in it as well, obviously)
